I had a panic attack Saturday night. I was home alone and my blood pressure dropped. I got light headed. The bp cuff registered "low". I called 911. Paramedics came and helped me through it. I was nearly hospitalized with grief. Mom came over and stayed with me until I could go to sleep. I'm not evil, Samantha. I'm not dangerous. I'm vulnerable. I'm sad. You don't need to fear me. I know you won't talk about Sunday on the video call. But please know I am holding my breath for an answer.
